Children

Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. - Mark 10:14

Children are a vital part of our church family. Aliso Creek is committed to helping parents raise kids who know and love Jesus. We love having them in the service with us, teaching them in children's church, and finding ways for them to connect outside of our Sunday gatherings.

Below is some information about what we have going on for our kids:

Sunday Morning

Nursery

Ages: 0-3 Years

We believe that discipleship begins with even our youngest children. In our nursery, we love singing, playing, praying, and reading Bible stories! We provide a clean, safe, and fun environment for your children. The nursery is open for the full church hour.

Children's Church

Ages: Pre-K to 5th Grade

This age group begins in our service so that they can worship alongside their parents and fellow church members. We want them to see themselves as not just a part of their family, but also as a part of the whole family of God. They can participate in our singing, time of prayer, and time of confession. Once it’s time for the sermon, they can be dismissed to their downstairs classrooms (parents are welcome to walk them down) for age-appropriate teaching where they get to engage with the Bible in fun and creative ways!

Through a variety of crafts, games, Bible teachings, and stories, the kids will learn about the good news of Jesus Christ and what it means for them. Parents may pick up their children at the end of the service.

VBS

Every summer, we host a fun and exciting Vacation Bible School for kids up through 5th grade, offering a week of engaging activities, games, and crafts—all centered on learning about Jesus. This free program is a wonderful opportunity for children to build friendships and grow in faith. We look forward to welcoming your child for a week filled with discovery, joy, and the love of Christ!

Kid's Night Out

Each month, we host Kid’s Night Out—an evening filled with games, activities, and time for kids to connect and have fun together. It’s the perfect opportunity for parents to enjoy a date night while knowing their children are in a safe and engaging environment with friends.
